Notice to ASM Exhibitors
FAIRGuide
The ODA strongly warns exhibitors of the 2012 Annual Spring Meeting to exercise extreme caution if they receive communications from Construct Data Publishers of Slovakia inviting them to update their company listing in a directory called FAIRGuide. Construct Data’s solicitation form contains fine print which purports to commit persons submitting the form to a three-year contract, automatically renewable for a fourth year, which requires the payment of several thousand dollars. Construct Data has no relationship with the ODA and its activities are not authorized by the ODA.
Reservations for hotel accommodation during the ASM should be made directly with one of the designated hotels. The ODA does not have a convention bureau or travel agent authorized to make hotel reservations related to the ASM. Click here for more information.
