Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our dental team in Mississauga. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and can contribute to a well-organized and patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Scheduling: Greet patients, manage phone and in-person inquiries, book and confirm appointments using dental software (experience with Tracker is an asset).
Patient Records: Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with privacy regulations.
Billing & Insurance: Submit claims, verify insurance, process payments, and respond to billing-related inquiries.
Team Support: Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations; occasional chairside assistance may be required.
Office Coordination: Assist in the daily flow and administration of the front desk and contribute to a welcoming and professional environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental office setting.
Familiarity with dental software (e.g. Tracker) is preferred.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Understanding of dental terminology and insurance processes.
CDA designation is an asset but not required.
