Compensation:
Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis with remuneration starting from 40% of collections and higher (depending on experience)
Schedule:
• 16-24 hours per week – perfect flexibility
• Thoughtfully designed schedule including select evenings
• Saturday mornings only – keeping your weekend evenings free for what matters most
• Flexible days that honor your personal commitments
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process
• Current registration or active registration process with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta
• Licensed to practice dentistry in Alberta (we warmly welcome those registered in other Canadian provinces)
• A natural communicator who connects authentically with patients and their families
• Someone who values collaboration, continuous learning, and creating positive experiences
