Dr. Marcel Chbat, ODS President, is pleased to welcome you to the 14th Annual President’s Gala – an evening dedicated to Celebrating Service within our profession and community.
Hosted at the prestigious Fairmont Chateau Laurier, more than 300 guests will gather to recognize the dedication, professionalism, and impact of Ottawa’s dental community. Guests will enjoy an elegant evening of exceptional cuisine, cocktails, live entertainment, and inspiring experiences, while celebrating the care, leadership, and commitment that strengthen our profession.

Event Details
SEATING
Tables of 10. You’ll be prompted about seating during registration; groups of fewer than 10 may be seated with other attendees.
DINNER
Guests will select their meal from a menu presented at their table during the event. Please note any allergies or dietary restrictions on the form provided during registration.
DRINKS
Each attendee receives one complimentary drink ticket; a cash bar is available for all other drinks. We encourage everyone who consumes alcohol to plan ahead for a safe trip home.
Registration & Refund Policy
- Registration closes Monday, October 5, 2026 (two weeks before the event, to allow the final guest count to be submitted).
- Cancel by Tuesday, October 6, 2026 for a full refund. No refunds after this date or for no-shows.
- Donations are non-refundable.
This is a ticketed event — entrance is limited to registered ticket holders. Guests who have not registered in advance cannot be admitted.
