Grand Village Dental in Peterborough, Ontario is seeking a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to provide a full range of dental services while delivering exceptional, patient-centered care in a positive and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is confident, compassionate, able to work independently, and communicates clearly with both patients and team members.
You will be joining a high-producing practice with a solid and growing patient base, welcoming 200–300 new patients per month and supported by 2–3 hygienists per associate daily. The practice is equipped with advanced technology including PAN, CBCT, and iTero, and offers free parking, flexible scheduling, and permanent employment. Associates typically work 25–40 hours per week, with evenings and weekends available.
Compensation is commission-based at 40% or higher, depending on experience. Candidates must hold a DDS, DMD, or BDS from an accredited program or have completed the NDEB equivalency process, be registered or eligible to register with the RCDSO, and have 3–5 years of clinical experience.
