The team at Impressions Dental Centre in Deseronto is looking for a passionate Associate Dentist to join their supportive, patient-focused team on a part-time basis, with potential for full-time hours. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, communicate effectively with patients and coworkers, and help create a comfortable patient experience.
This permanent opportunity offers flexible scheduling with Fridays required, free parking, mentorship for new graduates, and support from experienced dental professionals. Signing or relocation bonuses are available, along with future equity partnership opportunities through 123Dentist. Compensation is fee-for-service starting at 40% of collections or higher based on experience.
Candidates must hold a DDS, DMD, or BDS degree (or NDEB equivalency) and be eligible for registration with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. New graduates are welcome. This rural opportunity also qualifies for the Canada Student Loan Forgiveness Program for eligible professionals.
