The Opportunity
We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for both recent graduates and experienced practitioners who value balance, quality of life, and professional growth. Your Qualifications
✅ Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, with 3 years of experience in practicing dentistry.
✅ Licensed to practice in Ontario.
✅ Passion for patient care and building long-term relationships.
✅ Updated CPR
Schedule:
- 32 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday with occasional Fridays
Compensation:
Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 45% collections and higher (depending on experience)
