Description
The team at Mike the Molar in Trenton is seeking a passionate Associate Dentist to join our growing practice on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy, modern clinic with strong patient flow, experienced staff, and mentorship support for both experienced dentists and new graduates.
We offer 20–30 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, and possible Wednesday), a solid patient base, advanced technology including iTero and Videa Health, free parking, and future equity partnership opportunities within 123Dentist practices. Compensation is based on 40% fee-for-service collections.
The ideal candidate is patient-focused, communicates effectively, and is comfortable working independently. Applicants must hold a DDS/DMD/BDS degree (or NDEB equivalency) and be registered or eligible to register with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
