The team at Northwood Family Dental in Thunder Bay, Ontario is seeking a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist to join us on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity to join a busy, modern practice with a strong patient base and excellent earning potential.
The ideal candidate is confident delivering comprehensive dental care, communicates effectively with patients and team members, and is well versed in molar endodontics. The practice offers a full-time, permanent position with technology including Prime Scan and digital X-rays, free parking, and compensation starting at 45% collections and higher based on experience.
The schedule is Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday per month, averaging 35–40 hours weekly. Candidates must hold a DDS, DMD, or BDS from an accredited program or have successfully completed the NDEB equivalency process. Applicants must be registered or eligible for registration with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. Candidates licensed in other Canadian provinces are welcome to apply, and a minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.
