We provide non-clinical services including HR, marketing, finance, operations, and procurement, allowing clinics to focus on patient care. Quad Dental in North York, Ontario is seeking a passionate Associate Dentist for a part-time, permanent role.
The Associate Dentist will deliver a full range of dental services with a strong focus on patient comfort, quality care, and clear communication. This high-producing practice offers a growing patient base, free parking, mentorship from experienced dental professionals, and opportunities for long-term growth, including potential equity partnership.
The schedule is 16–20 hours per week, with shifts on Mondays, Wednesdays, and two Saturdays per month. Compensation is fee-for-service starting at 40% of collections, with higher rates based on experience. Candidates must hold a BDS, DDS, or DMD from an accredited program or have completed the NDEB equivalency process, and be registered or eligible to register with the RCDSO.
