The team at Sault Dental Arts in Sault Ste. Marie is looking for a passionate Associate Dentist to join our practice on a part-time basis, with full-time potential in the near future. With a strong and growing patient base, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy, supportive clinic focused on high-quality patient care.
We offer a signing bonus, permanent employment, free parking, advanced dental technology, and the opportunity to grow into an equity partnership within 123Dentist practices. Compensation is based on 40% fee-for-service collections. The schedule includes Mondays, Tuesday evenings, Thursdays, and Friday mornings.
The ideal candidate is patient-focused, communicates effectively, and works well independently and within a team. Applicants must hold a DDS/DMD/BDS degree (or NDEB equivalency) and be registered or eligible to practice with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
