123Dentist, one of Canada’s largest and fastest-growing dental support organizations, is seeking full-time and part-time Associate Dentists to join our Ottawa team. With nearly 500 clinics and 8,000 team members nationwide, we provide the non-clinical support that allows dental practices to focus on what matters most—their patients.
As an Associate Dentist, you will deliver comprehensive, high-quality dental care while ensuring patients feel comfortable and confident. The ideal candidate communicates effectively, works independently, and collaborates seamlessly with a skilled team of dental professionals.
We offer a growing patient base, state-of-the-art technology including digital systems, iTero, PAN, and Cerec, mentorship from experienced dentists, free parking, and a pathway to equity partnership within 123Dentist. Schedules are flexible, with 35 hours per week over 4–5 days, and compensation is commission-based, starting at 40% or higher depending on experience.
Candidates must hold a DDS, DMD, or BDS, be registered or eligible with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, and have 1–2 years of Canadian dental experience, though new graduates are welcome at select locations. 123Dentist is committed to diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.
