Join one of Peterborough’s oldest and most respected dental practices, proudly serving the community for over 60 years with generations of loyal patients. This is an extremely busy, multi-practitioner downtown clinic with strong new-patient flow and a stable, long-standing patient base.
The practice offers exceptional earning potential (high-performing associates can exceed $400K+ annually) and is fully equipped for full-scope dentistry, including a dedicated in-house GA Operating Facility.
We provide strong internal support and mentorship from experienced owner dentists and associates, making this opportunity ideal for both experienced clinicians and confident new graduates.
Full-time and part-time positions are available. The clinic is open 7 days per week, with extended hours Monday through Thursday. Evening shifts and 1-2 weekend shifts per month are required. Moderate oral or nitrous sedation certification is an asset. A working interview will be part of the hiring process.

Qualifications
DDS or equivalent degree
Experience preferred but not essential
Confidence, clinically exceptional, self-motivated, team player, problem solving, empathetic, driven, exceptional communication skills, sedation certification a plus.
Must be able to work some evenings/weekends as well as regular working hours.
A working interview will be a mandatory aspect of the hiring process.
