- Competitive compensation: 35–43% of collections or higher (based on experience)
- Flexible scheduling: 16–40 hrs/week, 2–5 days (including evenings & Saturdays)

Qualifications
- Certified Orthodontist with BDS/DDS/DMD from an accredited program or successful NDEB equivalency
- Registered (or eligible) with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals
- Minimum 2 years of orthodontic experience preferred – new grads welcome with mentorship
- Strong communication skills & a collaborative, patient-focused approach
- Enthusiasm for working with diverse populations including students & low-income assistance recipients
