Required: Dental Assistant
We are seeking a Dental Assistant to work at various correctional facilities. A Vulnerable Sector Check from local police and appropriate security clearance will be required.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist with emergency and basic dental treatments.
Standard hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. with a 12:00–1:00 p.m. lunch break, depending on location.
Location‑specific schedules:
Etobicoke: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. with a 12:00–1:00 p.m. lunch break on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
Scarborough: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.on Wednesdays
Thorold: 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. on alternate Fridays
Hamilton: 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.on Mondays
Windsor 8-4 pm on Tuesdays
Brampton 8-4 pm (7 hrs..12-1 pm lunch break) on Wednesdays
Midland: 8-4 pm (7 hrs 12-1 pm lunch break) on Wednesdays and Thursdays
Qualifications
Dental assisting, HARP, IPAC certifications, minimum 3 years experience
