We’re looking for a confident, experienced Dental Administrators who know how to run and manage a smooth, organized front desk and create a great patient experience from the first call to checkout.
This is not an entry-level role — we’re looking for someone who can step in, take ownership, and keep things moving.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing a high-volume schedule across multiple providers
• Handling patient calls, bookings, confirmations, and recalls
• Processing insurance (predeterminations, estimates, follow-ups)
• Coordinating treatment plans and financial discussions
• Keeping the day on track (and adjusting quickly when it’s not)
• Supporting the clinical team with clear, proactive communication
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of dental administration experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of insurance workflows and billing
• Experience with dental software (Opes, Vixwin/Gendex an asset)
• Someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
• Excellent communication — confident on phones and in person
• A team player who takes initiative (we value people who don’t wait to be told)
