We are seeking a dedicated and organized full time Dental Receptionist to join our team ASAP.
Gleam Dental is a boutique brand new, beautiful, state of the art office seeking to offer a superior quality and high-tech dental experience for patients.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our dental office. This role requires a blend of administrative skills and knowledge of dental terminology to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive patient experience. This is a unique opportunity for someone with great interpersonal skills to work at a new boutique dental office.
Duties
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits using electronic medical records systems.
- Handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and manage phone systems effectively.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including updating medical history and insurance information.
- Process payments and assist with billing inquiries as needed.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and welcoming for patients.
- Assist in managing inventory of office supplies and dental materials.
We are searching for someone looking to grow with the business. The office is accessible by subway, streetcar and car.

Skills
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly TRACKER
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail in documentation and scheduling.
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
We are looking for a full time position, but specific days can be negotiated. Saturday (9-4) is required.
