Our Practice Model:
We’re an independently owned, multi-doctor practice in Sault Ste. Marie. You’ll work with clinical autonomy while being part of a collaborative team environment.
Our experienced dental assistants are skilled in advanced procedures, and our treatment coordinators handle insurance verification, scheduling, and patient communication. I provide mentorship opportunities for associates interested in developing their clinical skills, and you’ll work alongside other experienced clinicians.
Clinical Resources:
Our practice utilizes digital dentistry workflows including CBCT imaging, intraoral scanners, and CAD/CAM systems. We have an in-house dental laboratory that allows for efficient case management. The digital workflow supports accurate diagnostics and treatment planning.
Schedule and Work Environment:
This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule – no weekends required. We maintain predictable hours to support work-life balance.
Location:
Sault Ste. Marie offers affordable housing compared to major urban centers. The city is approximately 1.5 hours by air from Toronto with multiple daily flights, providing convenient access for continuing education and travel. The community offers outdoor recreation, cultural amenities, and quality schools.

Qualifications
**Requirements:**
– Membership (or eligibility) with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario
