Job Summary
We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dentist, or General Dentist with Pediatric experience, to join our growing dental team! Our clinic features the latest dental technology and an on-site general anesthesia facility, allowing us to provide advanced, comprehensive care in a safe and supportive environment. This position focuses exclusively on treating children and teenagers, creating positive dental experiences that set them up for a lifetime of healthy smiles. The ideal candidate has a warm, friendly demeanor, enjoys working with young patients, and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities
-Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans for pediatric patients.
-Provide gentle, effective dental care including cleanings, fillings, pulp treatments, root canals, stainless steel crowns, extractions, and other necessary procedures.
-Use age-appropriate communication to educate kids and teens—and their families—on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
-Create a welcoming, fear-free environment to ensure young patients feel safe and comfortable at every visit.
-Collaborate with a skilled team of anesthesiologists, nurses, and respiratory therapists to deliver safe and effective general anesthesia care on-site.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Tracker dental software.
-Stay current with best practices and innovations in pediatric dentistry to deliver the highest standard of care.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
-Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
-A valid license to practice dentistry in Ontario
-Experience in pediatric dentistry or a strong passion for working with children and teens.
-Familiarity with dental software and digital charting; experience with Tracker is an asset.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills tailored to young patients and their families.
-Patience, empathy, and a playful spirit to help make dental visits fun and stress-free.
