We are looking for a passionate, caring, and fun-loving Pedodontist who has a true love for working with children and delivering high-quality care. If you are seeking a busy, rewarding, and fulfilling pediatric dentistry career, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do
● Provide high-quality dental care for children and children with special needs.
● Use sedation techniques including nitrous oxide, oral sedation, and general
anesthesia where appropriate.
● Work collaboratively with our supportive and experienced clinical team.
● Support patient education and maintain the high standards of care that
families expect from Smilee Dental.
What We’re Looking For
● Licensed Pediatric Dentist in Ontario.
● Experience treating children and an understanding of pediatric behaviour
management
● Experience working with various sedation methods and caring for children
with special needs.
● Compassionate and patient-focused, with excellent communication skills.

● Commission-based pay per patient: starting at 45% commission – depending on experience
