Job Overview

We are seeking a caring, detail-oriented, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. Key Responsibilities
– Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care including assessments, scaling, root planing, polishing, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
– Perform periodontal evaluations and document findings accurately.
– Take digital radiographs according to practice protocols.
– Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and treatment plans.
– Maintain strict infection control and sterilization procedures (IPAC compliance).
– Collaborate closely with dentists and the clinical team to support optimal patient outcomes.
– Maintain accurate and detailed patient charts.
– Ensure operatory cleanliness, organization, and readiness for each patient.
– Contribute to a positive and supportive patient experience at every visit.
Qualifications
– Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO).
– Completion of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
– Current CPR/BLS certification (required).
– Strong knowledge of periodontal therapy and preventive care.
– Experience with digital radiography and hygiene-specific tools.
– Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix, Tracker, Abeldent, Paradigm, Cleardent, or similar (asset).
– Excellent communication and patient education skills.
Strong attention to detail, clinical accuracy, and infection-control compliance.
– Positive, compassionate, and team-oriented approach.

Specialty Services Offered: An Endodontist is scheduled approximately once per month, though availability can vary.

Compensation
