We are seeking a high-producing Associate Dentist who is confident in diagnosis, excels in case acceptance, and is motivated to maximize clinical production within a well-supported environment.

You will be supported by:

Key Responsibilities
– Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnose with confidence
– Present and execute complete treatment plans
– Deliver a wide range of procedures including restorative, endodontic, and surgical care
– Identify opportunities for advanced treatment (implants, grafting, ortho where applicable)
– Utilize digital workflows and systems, including Tracker
– Maintain strong case acceptance through clear communication and patient education
– Work collaboratively with the hygiene and support team to optimize patient flow and production
– Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to all regulatory standards
Clinical Scope (Strongly Preferred)
– Comprehensive general dentistry
– Endodontics and surgical procedures
– Experience with implants and grafting is a strong asset
– Orthodontic experience is an asset
– Sedation certification is preferred

Requirements
– Licensed Dentist in good standing and eligible to practice
– Proven experience in a dental practice setting
– Strong clinical judgment and treatment planning ability
– Excellent communication and patient management skills
– Ability to work both independently and within a team
Schedule
– Combination of morning and evening shifts
– Alternate Saturdays required
– Schedule structured to support maximum production and efficiency
Compensation
