In this interactive presentation, PLP staff will discuss and use case studies to address an integral component in delivering quality dental care: effective communication. From basic and advanced communication techniques to guidance on avoiding communication pitfalls, the course highlights the value of communication, which ultimately strengthens patient relationships.

Category 1 – 3 CE credits
Please note that to qualify for Category 1 credits, each member MUST BE ON TIME AND ATTEND THE ENTIRE LECTURE. To ensure this, each member will need to sign in and out as well as complete an assessment form for the session. Failure to do so will render these credits as Category 2.
