The team at a dental clinic in Burnaby, BC is seeking a part-time Associate Dentist to provide a full range of dental services with a strong focus on high-quality, patient-centered care. This permanent role offers approximately 32 hours per week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, in a modern practice with a solid and growing patient base, strong earning potential, and free parking.
Compensation is fee-for-service, starting at 35% of collections and negotiable based on experience. You will work alongside experienced dental professionals who offer mentorship, leadership, and opportunities for long-term growth, including potential equity partnership within 123Dentist practices.
Candidates must hold a BDS, DDS, or DMD from an accredited program or have completed the NDEB equivalency process, be registered or eligible for registration with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals, and have at least one year of experience practicing dentistry in Canada. 123Dentist is Canada’s largest majority dentist-owned dental network, supporting nearly 500 clinics nationwide with comprehensive non-clinical support so teams can focus on patient care.
