Position Overview
We are seeking an associate dentist to join our busy, well-established, multidisciplinary dental practice. Our team includes several general dentists and specialists who work collaboratively to provide comprehensive patient care.
The office is equipped with modern technology, including in-office CBCT, CEREC, iTero, and well-established digital dentistry systems and protocols.
With dozens of hygiene recall appointments and approximately 5–8 new patients each day, we offer strong and consistent patient flow. The successful candidate can expect a busy, well-supported schedule from the beginning.
Professional Development and Mentorship
This position offers the opportunity to work with experienced colleagues and gain exposure to a broad range of treatments, including:
- Comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning
- Orthodontics and Invisalign
- Implant dentistry
- Prosthodontics and restorative dentistry
- Periodontal treatment and surgery
- Aesthetic dentistry
- Full-mouth rehabilitation
Mentorship will be available in accordance with the associate’s experience, interests, and professional goals.
Qualifications
We are looking for a dentist who:
- Is licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario
- Has strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
- Can communicate with patients in Mandarin; candidates with strong Mandarin comprehension and developing speaking ability may also be considered
- Is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
Clinical experience in one or more of the following areas would be a strong asset:
- Molar endodontics
- Periodontal surgery
- Orthodontics
- Pediatric dentistry
- Removable prosthodontics and denture treatment
Dentists with strong molar endodontic or periodontal surgery skills will have excellent opportunities to build a full schedule.
Experienced dentists are preferred; however, motivated new graduates are also welcome to apply. Mentorship and additional clinical training may be available. An interest in orthodontics or treating children would be an asset.

Available Days and Hours
The following shifts are currently available and are expected to have strong patient demand:
- Sunday: 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Monday: 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Friday: 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
