This permanent full-time opportunity offers a strong and growing patient base with high earning potential, advanced dental technology, free parking, mentorship and training opportunities, and support from experienced dental professionals. There is also the potential to grow into an equity partnership within the 123Dentist network. Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis, starting at 40% of collections. The schedule is flexible, ranging from 3 to 5 days per week.
Candidates must hold a DDS, DMD, BDS, or have completed the NDEB equivalency process, be registered or eligible for registration with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, and be eligible to practice in Ontario. Candidates currently registered in other Canadian provinces are also encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills with patients and families are essential.
