Compensation is fee-for-service, starting at 40% of collections or higher.
Candidates must hold a DDS or NDEB equivalency and be eligible for registration with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. While 1 year of experience is preferred, new graduates are welcome. Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach are essential.
