123Dentist, one of Canada’s largest dental support organizations with nearly 500 clinics and 8,000 team members, is seeking a passionate Associate Dentist for a part-time role in Nepean, ON. Our network provides HR, marketing, finance, and operational support so dental teams can focus on patient care.
The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with exceptional care, helping patients feel comfortable and confident. Ideal candidates communicate clearly, work independently, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Mentorship is available for new graduates, and experienced professionals benefit from leadership guidance and opportunities for growth, including equity partnership in our practices.
The position offers a 24–32 hour work week, Wednesdays through Fridays with alternating Saturdays, high earning potential on a fee-for-service model starting at 40% of collections, access to state-of-the-art technology, continuing education, and a supportive team environment.
