Description
2 Days to Start | Opportunity to Add Days | Established Patient Base
We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join an established, independently owned dental practice in midtown Toronto.
The position offers an immediate two-day-per-week schedule, with the opportunity to expand over time. Within approximately a year, there may also be an opportunity to add one day per week at a second practice north of Markham, initially either Tuesday or Wednesday. For the right associate, that schedule could eventually expand to both Tuesday and Wednesday.
There is also potential to add an additional day and/or evening at the Toronto practice as the position develops.
Both practices have established patient bases, active hygiene and recall programs, and strong existing demand. This is an opportunity to step into productive schedules and develop long-term patient relationships rather than having to build a patient base from scratch.
The opportunity includes:
– Two days per week to start at an established midtown Toronto practice
– Opportunity to expand the Toronto schedule with an additional day and/or evening
– Potential to add one day per week at a second practice north of Markham within approximately a year
– Opportunity for the second location to expand to both Tuesday and Wednesday over time
– 40% of collections
– Established patient bases with strong hygiene and recall programs
– Meaningful existing patient flow and strong production potential
– Broad clinical opportunity across general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry
– Opportunities in Invisalign, implant restorative dentistry and comprehensive treatment
– Modern, well-equipped practices
– Experienced clinical and administrative teams
– Clinical autonomy within a collaborative, independently owned environment
– Opportunity to develop a significant long-term patient base
Qualifications
We are looking for a dentist who is clinically confident, personable and interested in building long-term relationships with patients.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, confident in comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning, and interested in a broader scope of dentistry beyond basic restorative care. Experience is preferred, although finding the right clinical and cultural fit is most important.
Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the RCDSO and eligible to practise dentistry in Ontario.
