The team at Playfair Dental in Orangeville, ON is seeking a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist for a part-time, permanent role. The successful candidate will provide a full range of dental services while prioritizing patient comfort, clear communication, and high-quality care.
This opportunity offers guaranteed monthly production of $40–50K, a modern and fully equipped clinic, free parking, and strong mentorship for new graduates. You’ll be supported by an experienced team and have opportunities for professional growth, including potential equity partnership. Compensation is fee-for-service, starting at 40% of collections or higher.
The schedule includes Mondays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (with some flexibility), and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
Candidates must hold a DDS, DMD, or BDS (or NDEB equivalency) and be registered or eligible for registration with the RCDSO. Strong communication skills are essential, and new graduates are welcome to apply.
