The team at Twelfth & 8th Dental is seeking a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist to join our clinic on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will provide a full range of dental services while delivering high-quality patient care and creating a comfortable, positive experience for every patient. The ideal associate communicates effectively with patients and team members, helps patients feel at ease, and works confidently both independently and collaboratively.
Our growing practice offers a strong patient base and a supportive team environment focused on continuous learning and clinical excellence. The clinic is equipped with advanced technology including iCat 3D imaging, HEPA filtration systems, composite warmers, and GBT hygiene technology. Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis starting at 40% of collections and will benefit from mentorship and opportunities for professional growth, including potential equity partnership within 123Dentist, one of Canada’s largest dentist-owned networks.
The schedule begins Wednesday–Friday with the potential to add Tuesdays. Candidates must hold a DDS, DMD, or BDS, be registered with the Alberta Dental Association, and have at least two years of Canadian clinical experience.
