Qualifications
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
• Licensed and in good standing with the RCDSO
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates may be considered)
• Competency in all aspects of general dentistry, including restorative, endodontics, and extractions
• Strong communication and patient management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Professional, ethical, and patient-centered approach to care
