Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients of all ages.
- Perform dental examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and appropriate restorative procedures.
- Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care within your scope of practice.
- Educate patients regarding oral health, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and complete clinical records.
- Work collaboratively with hygienists, dental assistants, administrative staff, and other dental professionals.
- Follow all infection prevention, patient safety, ethical, and professional standards.
- Participate in continuing education and maintain current knowledge of dental procedures and techniques.
Qualifications
- DDS degree from an accredited dental program.
- Current registration with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) or eligibility for registration.
- Must be in good standing with the RCDSO.
- Valid professional liability insurance.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing patient-centred care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- New graduates and experienced dentists are welcome to apply.
- Additional certifications or experience in areas such as Invisalign, endodontics, oral surgery, implants, or cosmetic dentistry are an asset
