Description
Seeking an experienced dentist to take over either the entire schedule or part of the schedule of an associate who is leaving on maternity leave.
The position officially starts on feb 13th but we invite the candidate to join us as early as feb 2nd for orientation and familiarization.
The candidate can start as part or full time and the hours are to be decided together with the principal dentist to make it mutually satisfactory.
We are a dynamic busy private family practice with high standards and pride in the services we offer. The candidate needs to be independent (will often be the only leader in the office), proficient in most areas of dentistry, especially comfortable treating children and have high work ethics, positive attitude and team-work mentality.
Qualifications
– Enough experience to have the confidence to be the only dentist in the office, able to lead the team and keep the practice’s flow, making decisions and managing 3-4 hygienists needs during their shift (recalls, local anesthesia, specific patients concerns, emergencies, etc)
– experience and comfort with children a must
– proficient in endodontics a plus
– proficient in extractions a plus
– fluent in French an great asset but not necessary
