The team at Northern Dental in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist specializing in orthodontics for a fly-in, fly-out opportunity.
This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care while working alongside experienced dental professionals who provide leadership and mentorship. Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis with remuneration starting from 40% of collections, with the opportunity to grow into an equity partnership within 123Dentist practices.
The position is available once a month, making it an excellent opportunity for a dentist seeking a flexible fly-in, fly-out arrangement.
The ideal candidate holds a DDS, DMD, or BDS, or has successfully completed the NDEB equivalency process, and is registered or eligible for registration with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. Candidates registered in another Canadian province are also welcome to apply. A minimum of two years of dental practice experience is required, along with strong communication and patient-care skills.
