Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced, full-time associate dentist to join our busy, well-established multidisciplinary practice. (Current Associate leaving to BC)
Our modern office has multiple general dentists and specialists working collaboratively to provide comprehensive patient care. The practice is equipped with advanced technology, including in-office CBCT, CEREC, iTero, and fully integrated digital dentistry systems and protocols.
We have a strong and consistent patient base, with dozens of hygiene recall appointments and approximately 6–8 new patients per day. The successful associate will benefit from immediate patient flow and an excellent opportunity to maintain a productive, fully booked schedule.
Ideal Candidate
This position is intended for an experienced clinician who is confident working independently and capable of providing comprehensive dental care. The successful candidate should have:
– Extensive clinical experience in general and comprehensive dentistry
– Excellent diagnostic and treatment-planning abilities
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– A collaborative, professional, and team-oriented approach
– A commitment to high-quality, ethical, patient-centred care
– The ability to communicate effectively with patients in Mandarin Chinese
Mandarin language skills are important because a significant portion of our patient population communicates primarily in Mandarin.
Preferred Clinical Skills
Advanced experience in one or more of the following areas would be a significant asset:
– Molar endodontics
– Periodontal treatment and surgery
– Implant dentistry
– Pediatric dentistry
– Fixed and removable prosthodontics
– Aesthetic dentistry
– Full-mouth rehabilitation and reconstruction
Dentists with strong skills in molar endodontics, periodontal surgery, oral surgery, implants, or comprehensive restorative treatment will have particularly strong opportunities to build a productive schedule.
Qualifications
Applicants must:
– Be licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario
– Have substantial clinical experience in private practice
– Be comfortable managing complex cases and developing comprehensive treatment plans
– Be able to work efficiently in a busy clinical environment
– Communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese, or have a strong ability to understand and communicate with Mandarin-speaking patients
This position is for an experienced dentist only. New graduates will not be considered.

Sunday or Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Monday to Friday: 10:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
