Position: Orthodontist Associate Location: Rockwood, Ontario Schedule: Part-Time (1 day/week, with potential expansion to 2 days/week for the right candidate)
Rockwood Dental is a patient-focused orthodontic and general dental clinic dedicated to creating healthy, confident smiles in a warm, collaborative environment. We prioritize hands-on, high-quality clinical care using proven treatment techniques, supported by digital Panoramic and Cephalometric imaging. We are seeking a dedicated Orthodontist Associate to join our team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive orthodontic evaluations, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans for pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients.
- Manage treatment cases using conventional bracket systems, Invisalign, self-ligating appliances, and traditional biomechanics.
- Perform routine adjustments, bonding/debonding procedures, emergency visits, and retainer deliveries.
- Evaluate digital Panoramic and Cephalometric radiographs for diagnostic precision and treatment tracking.
- Work closely with referring dentists, specialists, and clinical support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and communicate treatment progress effectively with patients and parents.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Successful completion of an accredited postgraduate specialty program in Orthodontics.
- Active dental license (and specialty certification) in good standing with the local regulatory board.
- Strong foundation in traditional orthodontic diagnostics and appliance therapy.
- Excellent chairside manner and commitment to personalized patient outcomes.
