Board certified periodontist available to perform surgery in-house (extractions, impacted third molars, bone & tissue grafting, implant placement) with IV sedation as an option. Travel with all instruments, equipment, and implant/biomaterial inventory. Placing Straumann implants (bone + tissue level). 10 years experience.
