Join Michelin Awarded Sommelier Christopher Sealy, Wine Director at Alo restaurant, educator and founder of Parcelle Wine Studios, as he engineers a wine and food pairing experience that will expand your horizons on flavour combinations with wines of regions seemingly less heralded. Christopher is a storyteller – painting pictures from lived experiences amongst the vines with winemakers. He will take you on an exploration of wines from Portugal, the Mediterranean and perhaps Eastern Europe and beyond. Partnered with a multi–course menu created by the Chef and kitchen at Lambton Golf and Country Club, this will be an evening of reconnecting, communing, and sharing energy around good food and wine. You will have fun and learn a thing or two!
