All Smiles Dental Centre is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate, skilled associate to join our new practice. We welcome applications from pediatric dentists as well as general dentists who want to treat children exclusively.
About the Opportunity
Our referral base has grown quickly, and we need another dentist to help us care for the children who are counting on us. This position begins as part-time and is expected to grow into full-time as our referral base continues to expand. You’ll be joining at the ground floor of a brand-new practice, with steady demand already in place.

Who You Are
– A licensed Ontario dentist (or eligible for licensure with the RCDSO) with a genuine passion for treating children
– A pediatric dental specialist, or a general dentist committed to a child-only practice
– Gentle, patient, and skilled at building trust with young patients and their families
– Comfortable with behaviour guidance, N2O sedation, and treatment in a hospital-style OR setting
– A team player who values quality care and clear communication
