The team at iSmile Dental Centre in Brampton, ON is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, communicates effectively, and works well independently and collaboratively.
We offer a part-time opportunity with remuneration starting from 40% collections, technology including a 3D digital scanner and digital X-rays, a paperless office, free parking, and mentorship from experienced dental professionals. There is also an opportunity for professional growth and equity partnership within 123Dentist.
The schedule is 13–21 hours per week, including Thursdays from 12:00–8:00 PM, with the option to add alternate Fridays from 9:00 AM–4:30 PM and Saturdays from 8:30 AM–1:00 PM. The successful candidate should be motivated to help grow the practice.
Candidates must hold a BDS, DDS, or DMD from an accredited program or have completed the NDEB equivalency process, and be registered or eligible to register with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. 2–3 years of dental experience is required.
