The team at Oasis Family Dental Red River in Thunder Bay, Ontario is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist to join our family-oriented practice on a full-time or part-time basis.
We provide personalized, high-quality dental care in a warm, welcoming environment. The ideal Associate is patient-focused, communicates clearly with patients and colleagues, and works independently as needed.
What We Offer:
Signing or relocation bonus, a growing patient base, permanent employment, flexible scheduling, an iTero scanner, free parking, and mentorship from experienced dental professionals.
Compensation: Fee-for-service, starting at 40% of collections.
Schedule: 14–28 hours/week, 2–4 days, with flexible days.
Requirements: BDS, DDS, or DMD from an accredited program or successful NDEB equivalency; registration or eligibility to register with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario; eligibility to practice in Ontario; and 2+ years of clinical experience.
