Phi Dental Care is a well-established, privately owned dental practice in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing team.
About the practice
Phi Dental Care is a comprehensive, high-technology practice operating out of 11 fully equipped operatories with a team of approximately 30 staff. We offer an exceptionally broad scope of care under one roof, including implantology, orthodontics, oral surgery, endodontics, laser dentistry, periodontal surgery, IV sedation, and full-arch rehabilitation. Our digital workflow includes intraoral scanning (Primescan/Dexis), in-house CAD/CAM milling (CoreTec 350i), CBCT imaging, and photogrammetry. We are a learning-forward environment with a strong culture of clinical excellence.

— Graduate of an accredited dental program (new graduates welcome)
— Licensed or eligible for licensure with the RCDSO
— Clinically confident, eager to learn, and genuinely passionate about patient care

Qualifications
**Required:**
– DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program (or equivalent with NDEB certification)
– Licensed or eligible for licensure with the RCDSO
– Valid CPR/BLS certification
– Willingness to obtain RCDSO authorization to expose CBCT (or authorization already held)
**Preferred:**
– 1–3 years of associate or clinical experience (new graduates with strong clinical training welcome)
– Confidence in routine restorative, extractions, and endodontics
– RCDSO CBCT authorization already in place or interest to acquire
– Experience with or interest in implants, orthodontics, or oral surgery
– Familiarity with digital dentistry workflows (intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM)- training to be provided
– Experience with or willingness to train toward IV/oral sedation
