This busy practice is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our growing dental team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive dental care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, professionalism, and patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
- Develop and present treatment plans tailored to patients’ needs.
- Provide a full range of general dentistry services, including:
- Restorative dentistry
- Preventive care
- Extractions (if applicable)
- Endodontic treatment (if applicable)
- Crown and bridge procedures
- Cosmetic dentistry (if applicable)
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Adhere to all infection control, health, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff.
- Participate in practice meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current license to practice dentistry in Ontario.
- Professional liability insurance in good standing.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
