Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dental receptionist.
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Tamil-speaking ability is preferred.
- Experience submitting and processing electronic insurance claims.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and customer service skills.
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental office environment.
