The ideal candidate is a good communicator, confident, careful, and genuine.
We see patients of all ages and of all walks of life and take pride in authentic comprehensive patient care. We work collaboratively with specialists in our community when the scope of patient needs falls outside of what we offer.
We offer some evening hours but there are no weekend hours. You would work out of two operatories with two assistants and a treatment coordinator. Owner and current FT associate currently work 4-5 days/wk and there are up to 6 hygiene operatories running on any given day.
Potential for eventual buy in or sale for the right candidate.
Qualifications
Member in good-standing with RCDSO
DDS or DMD
